Kuroi Castle Ruins in its current form was built by Akai Naomasa who then became the castle owner around the end of the Sengoku period (The end of 16 century).
It's highly valued as is typical for a mountain castle ruin during the Sengoku period, and it's a nationally designated historic site.
The view from the top of the mountain is very wonderful and you can see the sea of clouds if you are lucky.
