Takahama Kyoshi, a very famous Haiku poet named this brand "KOTSUZUMI".
Presently, NISHIYAMA SHUZO develops products, such as "Sake Sweets" and cosmetics as well as Sake which everybody can enjoy even the person who does not drink alcohol.
This activity does not only take place in Japan but in 25 countries around the world through the export of Sake, sending the splendor of the Japanese tradition and techniques.
